The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Raiden Science Foundation ("RSF" or "Sponsor"), an Oregon nonprofit corporation exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, EIN 87-3106343, 6107 SW Murray Blvd #188, Beaverton, OR 97008. Paid entries are processed through Tiltify, which acts only as a payment and fundraising platform and is not a sponsor or administrator of the Sweepstakes.
Net proceeds support Raiden Science Foundation.
Open to individuals worldwide who are 18 years or older and at least the age of majority where they live at the time of entry. Not eligible: (a) residents of, or persons located in, any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions at the time of entry, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine; (b) persons on the U.S. Treasury Specially Designated Nationals list or any other U.S. sanctions list; (c) residents of the Province of Quebec (Canada), Italy, Brazil, and India; and (d) residents of any other jurisdiction where this Sweepstakes is prohibited or restricted, or where it would require registration, bonding, local authorization, or translation of these Rules. Eligible persons in a country where Tiltify does not accept payments may enter by free mail entry. This Sweepstakes is administered in the United States and is subject to U.S. law. Entrants are responsible for complying with all laws where they live. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, you confirm you understand English and agree to these Rules.
Begins November 4, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends December 1, 2026 at 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock.
There are two ways to enter. Each entry, however obtained, has the same chance of winning. Paid and free entries are combined in one drawing for each prize.
A. Paid entry via Tiltify ("Rewards"). Paid sweepstakes entries are available only as "Rewards" on the Fight4Raiden Tiltify page at https://tiltify.com/raidenscience/fight4raiden. Each Reward gives the number of entries for the prize stated on the Reward. Choosing a Reward is a purchase of sweepstakes entries, not a tax-deductible donation. Paid entries must be completed during the Entry Period. - Prize 1, MK Legacy Kollection: $10 per entry. - Prize 2, Klassic Raiden & Scorpion Figures: $5 per entry.
B. Free mail entry (Alternate Method of Entry). No donation or purchase is necessary. To enter by mail, hand print the following on a standard-size postcard accepted by the postal service of the country where it is mailed: (1) your full name, (2) your full mailing address, (3) your email address, and (4) the name of the one prize you are entering for, either "MK Legacy Kollection" or "Klassic Raiden & Scorpion Figures." Mail the postcard with proper postage (international postage if mailed from outside the United States) to: Raiden Science Foundation, Attn: Fight4Raiden Sweepstakes, 6107 SW Murray Blvd #188, Beaverton, OR 97008. Each postcard must be mailed separately. Each valid postcard receives one (1) entry for the prize named. Postcards that are missing required information, are illegible, are mechanically reproduced, name more than one prize, or do not name a prize are void. Postcards must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received by November 27, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, or postage-due mail.
Entry limit. Each person may receive a maximum of one hundred (100) entries per prize in total, counting paid entries and free mail entries combined. Entries above the limit, or obtained using multiple identities, email addresses, bots, or scripts, are void and may result in disqualification. Entries are nontransferable. Sponsor may verify any entry and may void entries it reasonably believes are automated, fraudulent, or over the limit.
Amounts paid for sweepstakes entries are not charitable contributions and are not tax deductible, because the payer receives a chance to win a prize. Separate donations made without receiving entries may be deductible as allowed by law. Consult your tax advisor. Paid entries are nonrefundable except as required by law.
Prize 1, "MK Legacy Kollection" (one (1) winner): Mortal Kombat Legacy Kollection for PlayStation 5. Approximate retail value (ARV): $70.
Prize 2, "Klassic Raiden & Scorpion Figures" (one (1) winner): Two McFarlane Toys 7-inch Mortal Kombat action figures, Raiden and Scorpion. ARV: $60 ($30 per figure).
Total ARV of all prizes: $130. Prizes are awarded as is, with no warranty. Sponsor pays standard shipping to the winner's address, normally within 14 days after verification. Winners outside the United States are responsible for international shipping costs above standard U.S. shipping, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local taxes. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes delayed, held, or refused by customs. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable, or may award the cash equivalent of the ARV (less any required withholding) if shipping the prize to the winner's country is prohibited or impractical. Any difference between ARV and actual value will not be awarded. All taxes and any costs not stated here are the winner's responsibility.
On or about December 4, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner and two (2) alternates for each prize in a random drawing, conducted by Sponsor using a random number generator, from all eligible entries received for that prize. Sponsor's decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each prize.
A potential winner who lives in Canada or Mexico must, before being confirmed as a winner, correctly answer without assistance (no calculator, device, or other help), within five (5) minutes by phone or video call, this mathematical skill-testing question: "(12 × 4) + (30 ÷ 5) − 7 = ?" The correct answer is 47. An incorrect or late answer results in forfeiture, and an alternate may be selected. Potential winners will be notified by email at the address used to enter within three (3) days of the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days of notification. Potential winners must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release, and an IRS Form W-9 (U.S. persons) or Form W-8BEN (non-U.S. persons) if requested, within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond or return documents, undeliverable notice, or noncompliance results in forfeiture, and the prize will be offered to the next alternate in the order drawn. If neither alternate qualifies, Sponsor may draw again from remaining eligible entries or leave the prize unawarded. A person is not a winner until verified.
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and foreign taxes on the value of any prize. Sponsor may withhold taxes and issue tax forms (including IRS Form 1042-S for non-U.S. winners) as required by law, and a non-U.S. winner may be required to pay any required U.S. withholding before the prize ships.
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or affiliated with, Warner Bros. Games, NetherRealm Studios, Warner Bros. Discovery, McFarlane Toys, Sony Interactive Entertainment, or Tiltify. Mortal Kombat and related names, characters, and marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the prizes.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and Tiltify and each of their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents ("Released Parties") from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or from receipt, possession, or use of any prize, except to the extent caused by a Released Party's gross negligence or willful misconduct. Released Parties are not responsible for technical failures, payment processing errors, lost or incomplete entries, human error, or unauthorized intervention. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND ANY RECOVERY IS LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS YOU INCURRED TO ENTER (AMOUNTS PAID FOR ENTRIES, OR POSTAGE FOR MAIL ENTRIES). Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, costs, or damages (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from the entrant's breach of these Rules or misconduct.
Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with entry, violates these Rules, or acts disruptively or fraudulently. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it and draw from eligible entries received before the event, subject to applicable law. If a dispute arises over the identity of an online entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used is deemed the entrant.
Except where prohibited, winners agree that Sponsor may use their name, city, state, and likeness to promote the Sweepstakes and RSF without further compensation.
Information collected is used to administer the Sweepstakes and as described in RSF's privacy policy at https://www.raidenscience.org/privacy/ and Tiltify's privacy policy. Sponsor will not sell entrant information. Winners' names and states or countries may be disclosed on the winners list as described below.
These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes must be resolved individually, without any class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Oregon, or in small claims court where you live. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ENTRANTS WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
Participation constitutes agreement to these Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remain in effect. Headings are for convenience only.
